DATC Instructors

All instructors are either current Delta simulator instructors or retired Delta Captains.

All instructors have been Captains at Delta or another major airline, with decades of experience, and tens of thousands of airline flight hours.

All training is conducted by instructors holding a multi-engine ATP with type ratings in transport category aircraft such as B-757, B-767, B-777, etc.

The instructors have detailed knowledge of the aircraft major airlines operate and that you want to fly.

These instructors have a unique level of experience and understanding of the requirements and the process to become a pilot for a major airline.  If your goal is to fly for a major air carrier, they are prepared to offer support.

Course Includes:

  • 30 hours of classroom academics
  • 4 hours of flight training device instruction with pre/post briefings
  • 6 hours of full flight simulator instruction with pre/post briefings
  • ATM Knowledge Test preparation material and test administration
